Q. How can I subscribe to comic books through your site?

Q. How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

A. The shipping and handling fee we charge you is based on the method you choose, where you live and how much your order weighs. You can choose to ship your items through the US postal service or UPS.

For most comics and graphic novels, if you choose USPS Media Mail as your shipping method, the average cost is $2.00 - $2.50.  Media Mail is slower than other USPS options and UPS in almost every case but it's considerabely cheaper.

To find out what the fee is going to be, add all of the items you want to your shopping cart and hit check out. Enter all of your information so the system knows where it needs to ship your items to and hit proceed. On the next page, before you enter any payment information, it will tell you what the shipping fee is. You can also change the shipping method and update the price before you check out.

Q. How quickly will I receive my items?

A. We ship all regular orders (not back orders or pre-orders) within 1 business day of receiving them. You will receive an email after your order has been processed and mailed. As for how long it will take to get to you, that depends on the shipping method you chose and where you are located. Our warehouse is in Reading, PA.

If you are pre-ordering or subscribing to multiple comic books, you can decide if you would like them shipped out to you on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.

Q. Do you charge Sales Tax?

A. Only if we are shipping the item to the state of Pennsylvania in which case we have to charge a 6% sales tax.

Q. I don't live in the United States, can I still order from you?

A. Yes, we ship internationally.
